Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.” -Gandhi

I am currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW.0009922720) who has been working in the field of mental health for the past 6 years. I am particularly interested in working with populations who have been affected by trauma and have employed wide variety of creative modalities for therapeutic treatment.

I value empathetic, strengths-based and client-centered approaches, where I am conscious of meeting the client where they are at in any given phase of treatment.

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder and my Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California.

I have experience working in clinics, residential, and in the community with populations of all ages that suffer from severe mental illness, trauma, and/or behavioral issues. Above all else, I believe in the power of healing and helping those discover their own inner light to navigate through their journey of recovery and resiliency.
