After graduating from the University of Colorado in 2009 with a B.A.S in Psychology, I spent time working in the field in various capacities. My continued interests lead me to Esalen Institute on the cliffs of Big Sur CA, where I immersed myself as a student of Gestalt Psychology. I realized that many of my mentors were somatically oriented in their approaches to healing, and I began to take more of a keen interest in the body and its integral relationship to the mind. I started training in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Esalen Massage Therapy in 2013, in addition to a number of other healing modalities.
I’m a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado (MT.0022883), and work passionately with anyone interested in healing or improving their lives. I work primarily with CranioSacral Therapy, and because it is so gentle, I can work with any age from newborn to elderly. The CranioSacral system surrounds and protects the Central Nervous System, so this work can have profound effects on nearly every other system in the body. CST can be helpful for a very wide range of issues, and is especially encouraged after head injuries or major dental work. The Esalen style of massage is very therapeutic and incredibly relaxing. While maintaining the classic benefits of an ordinary massage, this style also works intimately with the nervous system to facilitate deeper levels of healing.
I believe you have the capacity to heal and improve even beyond that, and I’m here to support you in that process. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.
