When: Weekly on  Mondays at 6:00 pm on Zoom with Anthea. 

Description: Gain coping strategies on ways to manage emotions, reduce stress, setting boundaries, and how to utilize mindfulness practices. Group is facilitated by Bri Keller LPC.
