Hello! My name is Brianna Keller, often times I just go by Bri! I am Licensed Professional Counselor at Reflective Wellness: Mind & body. I also have a furry sidekick you will meet during session named Bowie! My focus is helping adolescents and adults who have been struggling with unhelpful thinking patterns, are having difficulty coping with a loss, or struggle to have a healthy relationship with food and or their body.

As an EMOTIONAL SUPPORTER I am here to provide a safe space for you to process, vent and share your story. Unhelpful thinking patterns can lead to feelings of anxiety or depression, and sometimes both. Together we will explore ways your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors might be controlling your life. We will identify strategies to help manage these nagging emotions and lead you to a more fulfilling life.
GRIEF AND LOSS have you feeling down and not like yourself? Loss is inevitable in our life and I believe the first step in healing is being able to process your loss. Whether you have lost a loved one, a close friend, or had a relationship end all of these can significantly impact our emotions. We will explore ways you can manage your grief and how you will cope with life after loss.
As a SELF ESTEEM BOOSTER, I am committed to teaching you the skills you need to feel positive about yourself. Whether you are struggling with finding a healthy relationship with food or accepting your body I am here to help you fight your inner bully and gain self-acceptance you have always longed for.
How I help
I provide a warm, nonjudgmental space for you to share your story. I value the importance of gaining coping strategies for you to utilize in achieving your goals. Everyone as inner strengths and during session I will encourage you to tap into yours to help overcome any obstacles. No one client is the same and therefore we will collaborate on what might work best for you.
More about me
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am a Colorado native and love to take weekend getaways to the Rocky Mountains. During the week you can find me listening to some sort of personal growth podcast, catching up on my favorite TV shows, or boosting my mood at a workout class.
