Brianna Keller, Group Coordinator MA, LPC, NCC
Info about me
Hi! I’m Brianna, though most people just call me Bri. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through fertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period. In addition to perinatal care, I also support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, and body image concerns.
My Approach
I am EMDR-trained and work from a client-centered perspective, which means our work is tailored to your unique needs and goals. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that can help process past experiences, reduce distress, and support healing.
I am also HAES-aligned (Health at Every Size), which means I focus on supporting your overall well-being rather than emphasizing weight or appearance. My approach honors your body, your story, and your journey, recognizing that health and healing look different for everyone. In therapy, we work together in a judgment-free space where you can explore your feelings, build self-compassion, and develop strategies that support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being—without pressure to conform to societal standards of “ideal” bodies.
How I Can Help
Whether you’re struggling with pregnancy anxiety, postpartum adjustment, fertility-related stress, or simply need a supportive space to process your emotions, I provide compassionate guidance and practical tools to help you feel more confident and connected.
A Little About Me
When I’m not in session, I love spending time with my family and friends. As a Colorado native, I enjoy weekend getaways to the Rocky Mountains whenever I can. I’m a mom of three who enjoys raising my children with my partner and embracing both the joys and challenges of everyday family life.
