My name is Mallory Kruse. I am a Registered Psychotherapist at Reflective Wellness: Mind and Body. I wholeheartedly believe in the profound potential for personal growth that exists within each of us, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journeys.
Developmental trauma often leaves one with unresolved emotional wounds and patterns of coping that no longer serve them. I specialize in working with adults who have experienced developmental trauma, and I have a deep understanding of the intricate ways early experiences shape an individual’s emotional and psychological well-being.
My approach is rooted in Humanistic and Psychodynamic theories. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can explore and process your unique experiences. Together, we’ll work on building self-regulation, resilience, and self-compassion. I employ evidence-based practices to address the root causes of clients’ issues. You’ll gain insight into how early trauma has shaped your life and discover the tools needed to break free from old patterns.
I understand that reaching out for help can be a courageous choice. Whether you’ve experienced developmental trauma or simply seek personal growth, I am here to support you on your path to healing.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs in nature, reading, and practicing yoga.
