I currently have a full caseload and am not taking on any new clients.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 17 years and I enjoy the work I do, helping individuals overcome conflicts or issues that are interfering with their daily functioning. I provide a safe and respectful therapeutic environment.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC #5045) in the State of Colorado. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 1995, then returned to school in 2008 and received my Master’s in Community Counseling.
I am so passionate about what I do that I began Reflective Wellness: Mind & Body several years ago in an effort to offer help to as many individuals in our community as possible.
“Taking the first step to seek out assistance can often be the hardest step to take. Please allow me to help you through the process of moving forward in your life. Together we will work to create a plan, and goals, to help you live the best life you can live.” -Tisha
I work as an attachment and trauma helper…whatever experiences you have had you deserve happiness and to have healthy relationships in your life. Using EMDR and attachment-focused modalities we will create a plan to help you achieve the contentment and life that you will find fulfillment and peace within.
It is especially important that I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can work together. We will work to create a plan that you feel a part of and are heard throughout your therapeutic journey.
How I help
I provide a supportive and collaborative environment. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey and I will be beside you during the entire process.
